Still no technical report on the eco-monster of via Sette Re, the journalist Mimmo Rubio asks to be questioned by the magistrates and launches the appeal to the councilor for urban planning Francesco Taglialatela.
“We want to be good citizens, attentive, scrupulous, honest and therefore we address the request directly to the councilor for urban planning Francesco Taglialatela, and to the mayor Cinzia Aruta, given that for the Suap it appears increasingly difficult to get to the bottom of the intricate affair regarding the eyesore on Viale delle Industrie (and not only) already the subject of investigations by the District Anti-Mafia Directorate and the reason for two dissolutions for Camorra”.
“The councilor – Rubio specifies – , will certainly be aware of the news reported by Cronache della Campania regarding the failure to file the technical report in defense of the municipality before the administrative judges".
"Therefore – stigmatizes -, in our opinion, the same should ask the manager to draw up his own report since about a month later and despite the request of the defense attorney, nothing has been done to file the CTP (technical consultancy of the party) with the risk of making the organization lose and the payment of millionaire fees as well as the expiry of the terms to be able to do so. An appeal for transparency is also sent to the councilor for litigation and legal office, Fabio Gallo.
