The synergic action of the judicial police team of the Campania-Basilicata police department of Naples, the traffic police section of Avellino and the motorway subsection of Grottaminarda made it possible to catch the owner and employees of a car body shop in Brusciano red-handed.
They were working on a car that had been damaged with parts belonging to another vehicle of the same model that was found to be stolen. During the raid, a smart was also seized and investigations are underway.
The State Police closed the business. The owner, who was arrested, was charged with administrative and criminal violations for environmental crimes; three of his employees were placed under house arrest.
