“The Monfregolos did not expect me to be placed under house arrest. On April 7, 2020, I was placed under house arrest. This was completely unexpected for the MONFREGOLO who thought they could take advantage of the moment. I came out during the lockdown, in a critical period for Arzano. I had left a cash fund of 30 thousand euros at the time of my arrest and about 40 thousand euros of drugs.

The boy was picked up by WOLVES Salvatore, or trombone. The group of the thefts, at that point, went to Mariano complaining that they had to give the money I had asked for. I instructed FISHERMAN Davide of the matter and he gave him 15 days to pay, otherwise they would have problems. The matter was the presence of MONFREGOLA Raffaele and my intention was to show that he paid to the others and then give them back to him, as Giuseppe's brother. The deadline of June 30 arrived and the thieves did not even show up around.
I sent PESCATORE Davide and LUPOLI Salvatore. They told me that MONFREGOLO Mariano and others close to him (CAIAZZA; D'ARIA and others) had not “come down to work hard” either. I told PESCATORE that if he had seen Peretill he would have had to shoot him in the legs to teach him a lesson. That morning, no one was around. The last house I sent PESCATORE to was that of MONFREGOLO Raffaele. After going there, he no longer answered the phone and only showed up after a couple of hours.
When they returned to the buildings, as PETRILLO Salvatore, PESCATORE and LUPOLI told me, they had a strange attitude and justified themselves by saying that they had eaten some penne with cream that had made them sick and, pretending to vomit, they left the neighborhood. My brother-in-law MORMILE, who had arrived in the meantime, also noticed that they were strange and told PETRILLO to take PESCATORE's encrypted phone. I was very suspicious of all these absences and I had people connected to the MONFREGOLOs go to the house but not involved in the thefts.

But none of them were found the next day PORTENT Raffaele he was going with his dog to deliver cocaine, actually called by them, and was the victim of an ambush. The raid was made by GILARDI Pink. Portente told me that there were two women in a Smart who were asking him for directions to Secondiglìano, he thought he could strike up a conversation but, in reality, they were GILARDI's nieces (as we learned later) who wanted to block him there, waiting for the perpetrators of the ambush.
A FIAT Grande Punto arrived with PESCATORE Davide and MONFREGOLA Raffaele' PESCATORE, after having insulted him and told him that he had to leave the town, shot and hit the dog, in my opinion because he wanted to hit him in the legs. I then learned from LUPOLI Salvatore that PESCATORE Davide from MONFREGOLA Raffaele's house, had spoken on the phone with MONFReGOLO Giuseppe, who at that moment was in the section with GAMBINO Angel, MONFREGOLO told him that they should not touch his family and that they should turn against me, he added that everyone agreed to “turn” against me, also making him understand GAMBINO; detained with him.
Then I learned that they gave PESCATORE 15 thousand euros, buying him as if he were a footballer. My cousin also learned from the phone call, I don't know from whom. We never did anything against the MONFREGOLOs, but GILARDI Rosa who had made a show of going to PORTENTE, seen by many people in the neighborhood, went away. We only changed the lock on her door because it had clearly become a problem and we didn't want her to go home. And we also did it at the house of MONFREGOLA Raffaele who was in the car at the time of the ambush in PORTENTE”.
