Catania. The Catania police commissioner has issued six orders banning access to public places against young people who had participated in a brawl in the well-known Vecchia Dogana club, in via Cardinale Dusmet in Catania.
The Daspo Willy was issued against them. The violent brawl involved dozens of people, with kicks and punches. A real shootout followed with the use of firearms, including at least two 7.65 cal. pistols. The shots injured two boys who were transported to the Civic Hospital.
The investigation carried out by the Flying Squad, coordinated by the Public Prosecutor's Office of Catania, allowed the identification of a total of six individuals who had participated, with various roles, in the brawl, 5 of whom had already been arrested by the Flying Squad because they were the recipients of a precautionary measure in prison, including Gabriele Gagliano, aged 19, Sebastiano Miano, aged 28, Salvatore Danilo Napoli, aged 20, Giuseppe Santo Patané, aged 26 and Gaetano Salci, aged 19.
The other person involved in the fight was the neomelodic singer from Catania Vincenzo Pandetta. For the neomelodic singer the measure lasts for one year from notification, while for the others the provision lasts for two years.
