Caserta returns “Intimalente”, the festival that promotes documentary cinema. The Culture Councilor Enzo Battarra announced it.
“This year too, during the Christmas period, the city of Caserta will host the Intimalente Ethnographic Film Festival, now in its thirteenth edition. And it will be an even more important event, thanks to the new funding, tripled compared to last year, obtained in these days by the Campania Region, which thus intended to reward a festival that continues to enjoy national and international success”.
This was announced by the Councilor for Culture Enzo Battarra, specifying that with a resolution dated July 30, the Film Commission Regione Campania assigned the event a contribution of 15 thousand euros as part of the Campania Cinema Plan 2022 and the funds to support the production, enhancement and enjoyment of cinematographic and audiovisual culture.
“Intimalente’s growth path continues – explained Augusto Ferraiuolo, artistic director of the festival together with Pasquale Corrado – che for this new edition, alongside the traditional format dedicated to screenings, aims to expand its program with a workshop for documentary makers and a conference. We are working and have already received more than two thousand titles from all over the world, from shorts to feature films, which we will carefully select as every year. And remember that there is still time until September 30 to participate”.
