Naples, nightlife controls: fines and seizures

Yesterday, as part of the operations organized by the Naples Police Headquarters in the city's nightlife districts, officers from the San Ferdinando and Vomero police stations, members of the Carabinieri, financial police from the Naples Provincial Command, and personnel from the autonomous Local Police service of the City of Naples, with the support of the Naples Mobile Unit, carried out checks in the Chiaia and Vomero neighborhoods.

During the operation, the officers of the San Ferdinando Police Station between the streets Chiaia, dei Mille, Riviera di Chiaia and Toledo, Corso Vittorio Emanuele, in the Galleria Umberto I and in the squares San Pasquale a Chiaia, dei Martiri, Trieste and Trento, Vittoria and Amendola, identified 65 people and checked 10 vehicles.

Furthermore, the officers of the Vomero Police Station carried out checks in San Martino, in the squares Vanvitelli and Medaglie D'Oro and in the streets Falcone, Scarlatti, Giordano and Merliani where they identified 39 people and contested 15 violations of the Highway Code for parking prohibitions.
