A maxi-deduction for taxpayers who are fiscally resident in Italy, under 30 and with an income from work of any type up to 28 thousand euros. It would be modular and would allow a taxable income equal to zero and no taxation”.
Matthew says so From Lise, president of the National Union of Young Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts, announcing the concrete proposal developed by Ungdcec in favor of the under 30s that will be sent to the new government and the political forces that will sit in Parliament from September 26 to share together a short path, without obstacles, able to offer effective solutions in favor of young people.
“The maximum deduction would be 6.700 euros with an income of 28.000, while the excess would be taxed ordinarily,” De Lise analyzes. “The cost for the State would be around 4 billion euros according to 2020 data, the advantages would be enormous: incentivizing entry into the world of work, guaranteeing economic and financial autonomy, pushing consumption, bringing out any 'underground' by discouraging irregular positions and stemming the flight abroad”.
The proposal, according to the Ungdcec president, is fully compliant with constitutional principles: "The specific age as an entry requirement for the benefit falls within the range of choices covered by discretion. Furthermore, the system also seems to respond to the criterion of reasonableness, does not clash with the principle of equality and favors work and its correct formalization. Furthermore, it incentivizes private economic initiative and favors savings of the subjects affected by the benefit measure".
