Jova Beach Party arrives in Castel Volturno, 35 thousand expected
The large sailing ship of the Jova Beach Party 2022 is arriving on the Lido Fiore beach in Castel Volturno (Caserta) for the seventeenth and eighteenth appointments of Jovanotti's journey, full of guests and surprises.
Today, Friday, August 26, and tomorrow, Saturday, August 27, on the occasion of the Campania leg of the tour, 35 thousand people are expected. Lorenzo's band is composed of Saturnino, on bass at his side for 35 years, Riccardo Onori on guitar, Christian "Noochie" Rigano on keyboards, Gianluca Petrella on wind instruments, Franco Santarnecchi on piano, Leo di Angilla on percussion, Davide Rossi on violin and Kalifa Kone, multi-instrumentalist. Jovanotti welcomes the public when the doors open, around 14:30 pm, and the music starts immediately on the Sbam Stage and then continues on the Kontiki and the Main Stage. During the two days on stage Ackeejuice, Ariete, Avitabile and the Bottari, Ayom, Boombdabash Dj, Dadà, Davide Shorty, Fatoumata Diawara, Federica Scavo Dj, Fresco, Kalashima, Lass, Luchè, Neri per Caso, Nicola Pigini, Rocco Hunt, Rossella Essence, Sangennaro and Shari.
At the same time, activities in the village with beach games, the food court and all the activities related to sustainability. The organization reports that large waste islands have been created and a relaxation area has been set up again with all the recycled materials and with explanatory panels of the "circle" of separate waste collection. Even for the service (plates, cutlery, napkins) all the material is compostable.
With the Jova Beach Planet, video postcards of scientific dissemination are broadcast for those at the beach. With the Campania stage, the tenth objective of Ri-Party-Amo also arrives, the great environmental project born from the collaboration with Intesa Sanpaolo and Wwf Italia, which has already raised more than 3 million euros for the cleaning and recovery of 20 million square meters of beaches, seabeds, rivers.
The fundraising campaign is still active on Intesa Sanpaolo's For Funding crowdfunding platform (ForFunding.it/Ripartyamo).
The next dates of the Jova Beach Party are Viareggio (Lucca) on the beach in Muraglione on September 2 and 3 and Bresso – Milan Airport on September 10.
