Naples, in Barra as in the favelas: waste everywhere and dumped in broad daylight.
Barra worse than the favelas. Via Serino, garbage is dumped in broad daylight even on children's playgrounds. Children forced to play among the garbage. Mothers with strollers forced to slalom among the garbage. Elderly people who constantly run the risk of tripping over the garbage. A situation of absolute degradation. Car parts, bumpers, cribs and toys thrown among the garbage. A large refrigerator from some commercial establishment with the writing of a well-known company that bottles mineral water.
Everything is thrown out on the street and yet about 200 meters away there is an ecological island where you can deposit anything for free and at any time. It is not clear then why throw in the street? The uncultivated vegetation then seems to almost devour the cars left parked. The plants should be pruned and a massive weeding intervention carried out.
People are exasperated, they are even ashamed to invite relatives and friends to their home to avoid showing the degradation of their neighborhood. An unsustainable and unlikely situation. In that place, waste is always dumped at any time, all year round, residents say despite the presence of a school complex and the ASL a few steps away.
Citizens are exasperated by a completely absent local politics that shows itself only when it is looking for votes. Municipality, Comune and Asia have been informed of the state of discomfort present in the places. A massive intervention of the relevant bodies is expected shortly.
