Napoli. “Several citizens are sending us photos and videos of an open-air landfill that has formed on the edge of the road on the median axis, near the exit Casoria – Casavatore. From the images received, it is possible to see a stretch of bags, containing waste of all kinds, that extends for several hundred meters.
It comes from the third world of a situation that is degenerating day after day. The area has been cleaned several times by the Metropolitan City of Naples, but unfortunately throwing the bag out of the window is still a very popular sport in those areas.
What is evident is that adequate and severe countermeasures have never been taken to combat this real act of incivility. I believe it is necessary to install video surveillance cameras in the areas most affected by this phenomenon to identify and severely sanction the serial polluters who continue to make the land in which they live sick and kill.
