Napoli. Local police checks, Napoli: sale of alcohol to minors targeted. In the historic center, 7 public establishments were checked and fined for having illegally occupied the areas in front of the premises with the furnishings of their catering business, also invading part of the space of the road intended for vehicular traffic.
Reported to the judicial authorities, instead, the illegal occupation carried out by the owner of a pizzeria in via Speranzella who had set up a durable structure, anchoring a platform prepared for tables and chairs in a stable way to the building. And again, violations such as music that was too loud but also the sale of drinks without authorization were recorded.
In terms of environmental controls, the Municipal Police controls led to the fines of commercial activities in via Toledo, in vico Tiratoio and in via Medina, because the managers of the premises carried out the differentiation and disposal of waste irregularly. In terms of traffic police, the agents of the GIT Motorcyclists Group, operating in the coastal strip from discesa Marechiaro to piazza Municipio, checked 35 vehicles, ascertaining numerous infringements relating to the methods of circulation and irregularities on the documents from which 5 reports arose. Three patrols with 9 units guarded piazza Garibaldi until midnight to prevent the holding of illegal markets with material recovered from urban waste
