The Carabinieri of the NAS of Naples inspected numerous pizzerias in the historic center of the Neapolitan city, finding in one case that the food to be served to customers was in a very poor state of conservation.

At the end of the checks, “significant health and hygiene deficiencies” emerged and over 50 kilos of food without food traceability were seized.

The immediate closure of two warehouses and their changing rooms was ordered because they did not meet the necessary health and hygiene requirements. In total, fines of 12 thousand euros were imposed.
