The man calls 112 and with an excited, frightened voice asks the police for help, inviting them to reach Via Asturi as quickly as possible.
When the Carabinieri from the Vico Equense station arrived, they found a young man who was beating and insulting his uncle. He needed money and had entered his relative's house with violence.
The violent man is a 28-year-old local man, already known to the police for trespassing and assault.
Judged by the judicial authority, he was released with the obligation to report to the pg to be respected. For the victim injuries considered curable in 6 days.
Only a few hours later, the 28-year-old changed his target and reached Piazza Marconi. He looked for his mother and asked her for money. Then he snatched her phone, smashed it to pieces and then punched her.
Those blows cost her a 10-day prognosis and a terrible scare.
Before going to the doctor, however, the woman fled, pursued by her son. She ran with the 28-year-old on her heels to the Carabinieri barracks where the same soldiers arrested him for the second time in just under 12 hours. This time he will be charged with robbery and personal injury and will await trial in a cell in the Poggioreale prison.
