De Rege Award, the jury has been made official with Claudio Insegno as president. The special honor will go to the actress Sandra Milo.
The program of the XIII edition of the national cabaret award 'Fratelli De Rege-Città di Casagiove', organized by the association of the same name in collaboration with the municipal administration, has been officially finalized. The artistic director Enzo Varone has announced the composition of the technical jury that will have the opportunity to evaluate the cabaret artists competing on the evening of Sunday 11 September in the courtyard of the Quartiere Militare Borbonico in Casagiove.
Presiding over the group of industry experts who will decide this year's winner will be author, director and actor Claudio Insegno. The Roman artist will be joined by Piera Russo (actress, director and author), Arduino Speranza, (actor) Massimo Santoro (director, actor), Anna Zuccarini (costume designer), Fabio Pisano (author, director) and Rossella Di Lucca (actress).
The final will be presented by the actor and comedian Salvatore Gisonna. During the evening, on stage as guests will be Domenico Palmiero, winner of the last edition, and the Neapolitan comedian and television author Vincenzo Comunale. It will also be possible to visit the personal exhibition entitled 'I miei occhi raccontano' by the photographer from Caserta Ciro Santangelo.
As per tradition, there will also be a special award for career achievement for artistic merit. This year, the honor will be given to the famous actress and presenter Sandra Milo.
Admission to the evening will be free until all available seats are taken.
