Torre del Greco, 8 “illegal” workers discovered: 3 entrepreneurs reported. Safety omissions also contested.
Wide-ranging service in Torre del Greco for the Carabinieri of the local company together with the military of the labor inspectorate unit of Naples. The focus of the service is the fight against the phenomenon of undeclared work with checks on the regulations on safety in the workplace.
The owner of a restaurant in via Montagnelle was reported at large for omissions in matters of safety in the workplace. In the commercial activity the Carabinieri found and checked 5 workers, of whom 3 were "illegal". For the owner sanctions - between criminal and administrative - equal to more than 43 thousand euros.
During the operations, the military also reported the sole director of a company in via Litoranea. Also in this case, safety omissions were contested. Among the 4 workers checked, the military found 1 employee "in black". High fines for a total of 17.400 euros.
The same goes for the administrator of a company in via Mortelle reported for omissions in matters of safety in the workplace and fined 26 thousand euros. 4 “illegal” workers were found out of the 6 present.
