Leoluca Granata, a tronista of “Uomini e donne” was convicted and arrested for sexual assault in Switzerland.
He was arrested in Switzerland and sentenced to five years in prison for sexual violence. The parents of Leoluca Granata, 20, of Maranello, province of Modena, with a past as a model and 'Tronista' in the television program 'Uomini e donne', are however convinced of his innocence and launch a appeal through the pages of the Modena edition of the Rest of the Pug.
The episode in question dates back to September 26, when, in Lugano, Leoluca Granata, with two other friends, met a girl outside a disco. The girl agreed to go up to the three boys' house. At this point the versions of the facts diverge. “It was a consensual relationship – say the parents of the young man from Modena – our son is innocent, during the investigations a long series of contradictions emerged”.
According to Granata, in fact, the sexual intercourse had with the girl, and also filmed in some videos, would have been consenting. According to the girl, however, the three young men had forced her to have repeated sexual intercourse against her will. The Swiss court considered the evidence in its possession sufficient to sentence Granata to five years and the two friends to 27 and 30 months.
