Camorra in Torre Annunziata, the TAR: "The Government should provide the documents of dissolution". The public hearing is set for March 8 of next year.

The Government was given two months to deliver all the documents that at the beginning of May led to the second dissolution in just over two months of the municipality of Torre Annunziata, one of the most important and populous in the province of Naples.

A public hearing to assess the merits of the appeal has been scheduled for March 8th of next year. The municipality of Torre Annunziata was dissolved "also" due to mafia infiltration.

For the city of Vesuvius, already under investigation involving the former mayor, among others, this was the second dissolution decree in just two and a half months, following the strictly political one that arose from the mass resignations following the judicial investigation.

The TAR, considering that "the complaints raised by the appellant can be better assessed on the merits", deemed necessary for the purposes of its decision "acquire all documentation relating to the procedure in question, free from redactions and complete with all attached documentation."

The Administration has been given sixty days to submit the requested documents; a hearing on the merits is scheduled for March 8 of next year.
