Investigators are accusing Amirante (who is defended by lawyers Raffaele Chiummariello and Massimo Vetrano) of a series of extortions.
The decision was made by the first section of the Naples Court of Appeal. For several extortion demands, such as that against the owner of a well-known Pozzuoli restaurant, Amirante was convicted, including in the second instance, along with his father-in-law.
