Ombudsman and eligible candidates request the scrolling of the Federico II Oss ranking.
The Campania Region's Ombudsman, Giuseppe Fortunato, and the successful candidates in the public competition announced by the Federico II University Hospital of Naples, are urging that the ranking of healthcare workers at the Federico II University Hospital of Naples be updated to fully fill vacant positions within the Campania Region.
More than 12 months after the ranking was published, and given the evident shortage of personnel for this specific professional role in the Campania Region, those eligible are asking the Regional Government to take full advantage of the ranking., they write in a note.

And then they add: "The recruitment method through the scrolling of the ranking represents the general rule as well as the primary purpose of reducing the time and costs burdening the administrations. A change of pace is therefore needed to ensure that in the shortest possible time there is a strong employment response in a land that is hungry for work.
The 350 eligible candidates out of the 506 remaining on the list therefore appear to be a very important resource to be exploited to resolve the problem of staff shortages in regional hospitals and local health authorities that have been emptied year after year due to retirements and the many years of administration.
It is hoped that the Region will require all SSR facilities to draw from the ranking to definitively and structurally resolve the staff shortage."
