Fastweb SpA is an Italian telecommunications company, founded in 1999 in Milan and part of the Swiss group Swisscom. In Italy it operates in the mobile telephony sector under the TIM and Wind Tre network. Since January 2022, Fastweb has been a Benefit company.
This company offers the customer the possibility of switching to another operator while keeping their landline telephone number.
But if you decide to request the Fastweb cancellation, the customer can decide to follow one of the following methods:
- By sending a registered letter with return receipt to Fastweb SpA, Casella Postale 126 – 20092 Cinisello Balsamo (MI), attaching a copy of your identity document
- By sending a PEC to the address fwformazionedisattivazioni@pec.fastweb.it attaching a copy of your identity document
- At a Fastweb store with a copy of your identity document

- By contacting Fastweb Customer Service at 192193
- Through the MyFastweb customer area
- By relying on a company that deals with cancellations, filling out the Cancellation form with the requested information, indicating the date from which you want the Fastweb cancellation is valid. (paid service)
La Fastweb cancellation must be done by notifying the company at least 30 days before the expiry date. To deactivate the services, it is necessary to pay an amount equal to €29.95, this includes the costs related to the administrative and technical management sustained by the operator for the termination of the line. The devices received on rent or loan for use must be returned, via Poste Italiane, perfectly intact and within 45 days from the date of deactivation by Fastweb. In the event of failure or delay in returning the devices, the customer will be charged the relevant penalty.
In the event that Fastweb modifies the conditions of the fixed and/or mobile network contract, the customer has the right to withdraw from the subscription without penalties. In this case, the request must be sent, via PEC or registered mail with return receipt, in 30 days subsequent to receipt regarding the contractual change.
The company offers its customers the possibility to cancel within the first 30 days from the moment the service is activated, without any obligation or cost.
