Gricignano di Aversa, Anti-drug blitz by the Carabinieri of the Provincial Command of Naples, 105 kilos of cocaine seized.
A 51-year-old with no criminal record from Sant'Antimo ended up in handcuffs. It was dawn when the Carabinieri, together with the canine units, entered the villa in Gricignano di Aversa where the man lives with his wife.
In the garage a dishwasher still packed. It is not empty. Inside there are no dishes to wash but 50 packages of cocaine. They show various symbols, numbers and writings and on some even a logo that recalls that of a well-known American fast-food restaurant.

The search didn't end there and shortly after, under a trapdoor in the stairwell of the villa, even more drugs were found.

The Carabinieri are continuing their investigation to identify the clans to which the man belonged. It's clear that the man, with no criminal record, as has often happened for years, was chosen as the custodian of the drugs because he was above suspicion.
