During another check, again in Grumo Nevano, the same Guardia di Finanza of Frattamaggiore checked a van carrying packages of incense and paper napkins, with 2 Indian citizens on board: under the cover load, 741,150 kg of foreign-processed tobacco divided into 61 boxes and 45 g of dried poppy bulbs, an opiate-type narcotic, were found.
The tobacco, in the cases found to be of Indian origin, was kept in various sealed packages presumably ready for sale.
