Shocking investigation in Naples: the murder of a homeless man discovered after a month but the horrifying thing is that he was killed for fun.
The agents of the mobile squad led by Alfredo Fabbrocini, coordinated by the prosecutors Valentino Battiloro and Cristina Curateli with the additional prosecutor Sergio Amato, are in fact investigating the murder of Davide Fogler, 56 years old, murdered on July 31 last in the abandoned land of Ilioneo Street in Bagnoli where he lived.
The news - reported this morning by Il Mattino and La Repubblica Neapolitan edition - opens up disturbing investigative scenarios because what seemed to be an accident now appears clear that it is a murder because the autopsy revealed that the man, without a job and who was making do as unauthorized parking or by other means, he was killed with a gunshot to the head, which was also fired at close range.

The motive for the murder could be the racket involving illegal parking attendants in Bagnoli, or revenge for a street fight. But investigators seem to be leaning towards a chilling hypothesis: that ofmurder "for fun". Consumed to test the gun or to give a young killer his so-called "baptism of fire." So what easier target than a homeless man who lived alone?
Investigators are now working on the images from the cameras around Davide Fogler's house but at the same time they are asking anyone who may have seen it to come forward, even anonymously.
