Naples, tourist snatches necklace: 54-year-old Neapolitan with police record arrested.
Yesterday morning, during their territorial control service, officers from the General Prevention Office noticed a man on a motorbike while driving along Via Nuova Marina, who was following a couple of tourists until, having reached Piazza del Carmine, he approached one of them from behind, snatched a gold necklace from him and then fled.
