The police had to intervene in court yesterday to calm the anger of the relatives of Simone Frascogna, the young man from Casalnuovo killed two years ago with nine stab wounds for traffic reasons.
The victim's family expected the appeal judges to give him a life sentence. Instead, after having had 30 years to serve in the first instance, which he remedied in the second, the court sentenced him to 27 years. But this triggered a reaction from the victim's family.
The judges of the fifth section of the Court of Assizes of Appeal of Naples have thus requested the intervention of the police.
The accused Domenico Iossa , a self-confessed criminal, chased Simone and killed him in cold blood for failing to give way.
Simone's mother on the very popular Facebook page "We are all Simone" let herself go in a very harsh outburst against the magistrates: “I Natascia Lipari on behalf of my son Simone Frascogna say:
Shameeeeee.
I Natascia Lipari declare: I will arrive at the European Court of Human Rights. I Natascia, Simone Frascogna's mother, ask for true justice. Those who kill no longer deserve to return to society. The Italian people want life imprisonment for all murderers without any penalty. Until my last breath. Justice for Simone".
