“We ask for an exemplary sentence for the hit-and-run driver who killed Elvira, above all for swift justice, and for a quick intervention to secure this area of the city that has long been the scene of bloody accidents”, commented the Regional Councillor of Europa Verde Francesco Emilio Borrelli together with Nelide Milano and Augusto Lacala, the co-spokesmen of the citizens of Sole che Ride, and the radio host Gianni Simioli- “We urgently need new and more effective measures to stop speeding pirates and limit accidents due to high speed.”
The case is being examined by the Naples Prosecutor's Office, which has opened an investigation and is waiting for the biker's health conditions to improve before being able to question him. As is his girlfriend. He is about to be charged with road homicide.
