Maddaloni. The Court of Cassation has definitively condemned Franco Santoro and Enzo Farina, entrepreneurs originally from Nocera Inferiore and Caserta, held responsible, for fault consisting of negligence, imprudence, incompetence and failure to comply with workplace safety regulations, for the accident that caused the death of Diodato De Angelis, an employee of Santoro's company.
The death occurred in April 2012 in Maddaloni, at the construction site of Enzo Farina's company.

The two entrepreneurs were convicted for various reasons, including the violation of the obligations relating to coordination between the two companies, an indictment against Farina, while, for Santoro, the omission of a document assessing the risks connected to the activities and the inadequacy of the safety devices provided to the workers.
