Yesterday afternoon, officers from the General Prevention Office, during their territorial control service, while passing through Piazza Carlo III were approached by a girl with a facial injury who said that, shortly before, her ex-boyfriend had shown up at her home and attacked her, as had already happened on several occasions, for reasons of jealousy.
The police officers, once they entered the apartment, completely in disarray, surprised the man, in an evident state of agitation, who was attacking the victim's mother; at the sight of the officers, the man began to swear at them until, thanks to the support of a patrol from the San Carlo Arena Police Station, and after a fight, he was stopped.
A 22-year-old Neapolitan with a criminal record was arrested for stalking, assault and resisting a public official.
