Montesarchio, financial advisor makes clients' money disappear: interdiction by the Guardia di Finanza.
A twelve-month ban on practicing as a financial advisor and promoter is the prohibitive measure implemented by the Guardia di Finanza of Montesarchio, following investigations coordinated by the Benevento Public Prosecutor's Office.
The order was issued by the investigating judge of the Benevento Court against a financial advisor and on behalf of a credit institution operating in the Caudina Valley.

The investigations began with various complaints filed by several of the consultant's clients, who complained of large sums of money missing from their current accounts for financial investments that had never actually taken place.
At the end of the investigations, the Guardia di Finanza - as stated in a note from the Prosecutor's Office - have reconstructed "a clear and unequivocal framework of circumstantial evidence which revealed that the financial advisor, between 2016 and 2020, had stolen large sums of money (€132.350 in alleged fraud and €55.470 in alleged theft) from his clients, who, in turn, had entrusted him with their savings in exchange for attractive returns."
