A 41-year-old man with no criminal record from Naples was reported for emitting pollutants into the atmosphere. In a basement of about 560 square meters, in via circumvallazione estera in Qualiano, the man had started a woodworking business without any authorization. With him were 4 “illegal” workers.
The same fate befell a 75-year-old from Giugliano, owner of a car repair shop.
