The “push theft”, a complicated maneuver that thieves use to steal two-wheeled vehicles. It requires great skill and balance and Domenico Riccardi, a 22-year-old from Naples, has shown he has it.
A little less lucky.
It's dead of night in Via Speranzella.

on the body.
The scene is too tempting not to intervene and this is what happens.
The 22-year-old realizes that he has passed right in front of some soldiers, stops his scooter, takes care to put it on the stand and then runs away on foot.
He runs a few meters and is already in handcuffs. The other runs away but the carabinieri are already on his trail.
Riccardi was arrested for theft and then placed under house arrest. The vehicle was returned to its rightful owner.
