The "Vietri sul Mare Award" returns, Saturday 24 September at 18.30:XNUMX pm.
A classic end-of-summer event that the flagship city of the divine Amalfi Coast, after a few years of hiatus, has this year assigned to eminent figures in culture, entertainment, and journalism.
The event is scheduled for Saturday, September 24th, at 18,30:2011 pm in the Vietri sul Mare council chamber. The event, founded in XNUMX through a collaborative effort between the municipality of Vietri sul Mare and the Cava de' Tirreni - Amalfi Coast "Lucio Barone" Journalists' Association, is an important national hub for journalism and culture.
This year's honorees will be writer Maurizio De Giovanni, director, journalist, and host Pino Strabioli, and freelance journalist and war correspondent Bianca Senatore. The latter will receive a special recognition from the Cava e Costa d'Amalfi Journalists' Association "Lucio Barone."

The evening will be hosted by journalist Antonio Di Giovanni, who also oversaw the organization. The event is part of the "Vietri Cultura" program, with artistic direction by Luigi Avallone. The ceramic awards were created by master craftsman Francesco Raimondi.

I would like to point out that this is a new award, the Vietri sul mare award had a different peculiarity that identified it well. The Vietri award had the appreciation of the president of the republic and there have been 4 past editions, if I remember correctly the last one was in 2015. It was awarded to people who in the year had distinguished themselves for having defended with their actions an article of the constitution.
