The regional councillor of Campania Pierro (Lega), in a question filed under his signature, addressed to the President of the Region Vincenzo De Luca, says that "Maximum transparency and clarity is needed on the fate of theMauro Scarlato Hospital of Scafati. I would like to know if it is foreseen the transformation into a Community House, that it would downgrade to little more than an outpatient clinic, to the detriment of the current healthcare offering which, although limited to a Pneumology Centre with related services, has allowed the Salerno ASL to address thecovid emergency in an appropriate and professional manner.
It is also requested, in case the feared transformation does not correspond to reality, as it would seem to be specified in a press release from the ASL Salerno dated September 5th.
