Workplace safety checks: two entrepreneurs reported in Procida and Casamicciola Terme.
The Carabinieri of the Procida station and the military of Casamicciola Terme, together with the Carabinieri of the labor inspectorate of Naples, carried out several checks aimed at combating undeclared work and verifying compliance with safety regulations in the workplace.
During the operations, the military reported two entrepreneurs.
The first is the sole director of a company that, together with a company in Procida, deals with the sale and supply of drinks.
The second entrepreneur is the legal representative of a hotel business in Casamicciola Terme. The two companies were given criminal sanctions for a total of 32.324.
During the checks, a total of 21 workers were checked. The Procida company was ordered to suspend its activity since one worker was found to be working illegally during the checks.
