R. fired several shots from a shotgun at some African citizens who were squatting in his home. He had attempted to do so in a friendly manner before, but then, overcome with rage and having to renovate his home, he grabbed his rifle and decided to open fire. The incident occurred on Via Acquario in San Cipriano d'Aversa around 11:00 PM last night.

The 60-year-old man from San Cipriano d'Aversa first attempted to threaten them with the rifle, then an argument ensued with the four occupants of the building, and the homeowner was also injured in the face and arms while attempting to defend himself. At that point, at the height of the argument, the 4-year-old man grabbed the shotgun he was carrying and fired several shots at the Africans. The latter attempted to disarm the man, causing further injuries and then throwing the rifle into the street.

Officers from the Casapesenna station and Carabinieri from the San Cipriano d'Aversa station intervened. The four African citizens, including a woman and a 4-year-old man from San Cipriano d'Aversa, were arrested.
