The charge of 65 thousand, entrance test to Medicine starts today. One candidate in 4 will get in. Sixty questions in 100 minutes
65.378 aspiring doctors are expected to take the entrance exam for Medicine and Surgery today.
They will compete for the 15.876 available places.
One in four will make it, then. Candidates will have to answer 60 multiple choice questions (5 answer options are provided). The time available is 100 minutes. The maximum score expected for the evaluation of the tests is 90 points.
This year the number of questions for each subject has been adjusted.

Specifically, there are 4 questions on reading skills and knowledge acquired during studies; 5 questions on logical reasoning and problems; 23 questions on biology, 15 questions on chemistry and 13 questions on physics and mathematics.
And there's no shortage of controversy. The UDU—the University Students Union—will be at Sapienza University in Rome at 12 p.m. to demonstrate against the tests.
The veterinary medicine exam (8 applicants) is scheduled for Thursday, September 9.524th, and the selection process for candidates in medicine and surgery and dentistry and dental prosthetics, taught in English, will take place on Tuesday the 13th. For the three-year program in healthcare professions, the exam will be held on Thursday, September 15th, while the entrance test for the single-cycle master's degree program in primary education is scheduled for September 20th. The last candidates to take the selection process, on Wednesday, September 28th, will be candidates for the master's degree programs in healthcare professions.
For the architect training, the test dates will be defined by each university in its own announcement and must be concluded by Friday 23 September.
