"I'll kill you if you get together with someone else," a civilian employee of the Ministry of Defense serving at the Air Force specialists' school in Caserta was convicted of stalking his ex-wife.
The conviction of a man accused of stalking his ex-wife has been upheld. The Fifth Section of the Naples Court of Appeals has upheld the suspended sentence of one and a half years in prison for a 1-year-old civilian from Marcianise.
The events at issue in the trial took place between 2019 and 2020.
