Napoli, 5 Daspos and 3 measures to ban access to public establishments issued. Protagonists of the attack on Dutch fans in the center of Naples

The Naples Police Chief has adopted three measures banning access to sporting events (DASPO), for periods ranging from 5 to 10 years, against three Neapolitan fans, a 23-year-old and two 37-year-olds, with previous police records, reported for aggravated personal injury as presumed responsible for an attack near a bar on Via dei Tribunali against a Dutch fan.

In particular, on the night of last October 11th, before the Napoli-Ajax football match, played at the Diego Armando Maradona stadium, the victim, chased by a group of Neapolitan fans, had attempted to take refuge in the bar but was caught and dragged out by some of them who then hit her with kicks, punches and a cutting weapon.

Again, for the same episode, the three were issued with the same number of measures to Prohibit access to public establishments or places of public entertainment, pursuant to art. 13bis of Legislative Decree 14/2017, as amended by Legislative Decree 130/2020, which provide for a two-year ban on accessing public establishments and places of public entertainment in the streets where the events took place, as well as on staying in their immediate vicinity.

Finally, two other one-year bans were issued against two Neapolitan fans, both 25 years old, who, during the Napoli-Torino football match, had been reported, one for violence against a steward and the other for climbing over.

In particular, one of the two, after having passed the turnstiles at the entrance to the sports facility, shortly before the start of the match, had slapped a steward, while the other, a few minutes into the second half, had climbed over an iron gate several times while passing from gate 11 to 12 and from the upper to the lower sector of Curva B.
