A Capodimonte the All Saints' bridge dedicated to Battistello Caracciolo. This evening guided tour at 20.00 pm
The Museum and Royal Wood of Capodimonte is preparing to welcome visitors who will be in Naples during the long All Saints' Day weekend with its collections and ongoing exhibitions. Until Tuesday, November 1, it will be possible to visit "The Bronze Patriarch of the Caravaggios: Battistello Caracciolo (1578-1635)", curated by Stefano Causa and Patrizia Piscitello.
The evening guided tour of the Educational Services-Le Nuvole will be entirely dedicated to Battistello, scheduled for this evening at 20 pm on the occasion of the museum’s evening openings at a cost of 2 euros, from 19:30 pm to 22:30 pm (last admission at 21:30 pm), for a maximum of 25 people. It will also be possible to visit the exhibitions “Beyond Caravaggio. A new story of painting in Naples, Flavio Favelli.
Interior with marbles and Salvatore Emblema”, the latter extended until January 29, 2023. The museum rooms will be enlivened by the music of maestro Rosario Ruggiero in the Salone delle Feste and by the actors of the Compagnia Arcoscenico, activities promoted by the MusiCapodimonte association.
Throughout the weekend, the Real Bosco and the park will be open regularly, the Church of San Gennaro and the Cellaio with the Salvatore Emblema exhibition will be open on Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 10 am to 17:30 pm, with last admission at 17 pm, barring adverse weather conditions.
