In Naples, under house arrest with a hidden revolver: 46-year-old arrested. The carabinieri search his home in Camaldoli where he is serving a sentence for mistreatment.
Naples. He was under house arrest because he was convicted of mistreatment of his wife who lives in Quarto. We are in Naples on the Camaldoli hill and the Carabinieri of the Quarto branch decide to search the home of that man, a 46 year old local.
During the operations the discovery: a revolver pistol caliber 38 special with serial number partially erased and 11 bullets of the same caliber were found and seized. The weapon was stored in the cellar and will be subjected to ballistic tests to verify its possible use in bloody acts or other crimes.
The arrested man, who is now in prison, is awaiting trial and will have to answer for the crime of possession of a clandestine weapon. The man was obviously unable to provide explanations about the possession of the weapon. The carabinieri probably avoided something bad for the family.
