A forty-eight year old man was arrested today by the officers of the Police Station of Acerra in execution of an order of the investigating judge of the Court of Nola, requested by the prosecution. The woman herself had asked for the police to intervene.
From the subsequent investigations, coordinated by the Prosecutor's Office, it was possible to reconstruct what the investigators define as "the continuous harassing behavior carried out by the son towards his mother, as well as the numerous episodes of violence, including physical, suffered". At least once even with a stick.
The purpose was to extort small sums of money that the man used to purchase drugs. The arrested man was taken to Poggioreale prison.
