Police checks in one of the municipalities in the metropolitan belt of Naples with the highest crime rate
Yesterday the officers of the Giugliano Police Station-villaricca and personnel of the Local Police, with the support of the Campania Crime Prevention Department, carried out an extraordinary territorial control service in the Municipality of Marano di Napoli and in particular in the streets Lazio and San Rocco, in Corso Umberto I and Corso Europa.
During the operation, 147 people were identified, 38 of whom had a police record, 90 vehicles were checked, 2 of which were subjected to administrative seizure, and 4 violations of the Highway Code were contested for lack of periodic inspection, lack of insurance coverage and driving without a protective helmet.
Finally, 2 people were reported for driving without a license having repeated the violation in the two-year period.
