On December 24, 2020, at approximately 08:00, NICOLELLA Eduardo, via his monitored user, contacts the number registered and in use to MEROLLA Vincenzo Pio and asks him: “Listen… and for the greeting, when do we want to give it to him 1?”. It is presumably a request to organize a meeting with a prominent member of the clan. In fact, he makes an extortionate request to the detriment of the company (Omitted ed.) operating mainly in the road haulage, earthmoving and road construction sector. On February 15.02.2021, 12, at 00:XNUMX, he contacts the number registered to the company, speaks with a certain 'Lello' who says he is away for work reasons, asks him when he will return and Lello replies: ". . . and no, what do you want? I couldn't answer because I'm out here and I couldn't, I was with the engineer... eh".
NICOLELLA insistently wants to know from 'Lello' the day of his return and 'Lello' replies: “no“ two or three days, Edy” “the time that… and what do you want brother, what should I do, things are not going well up here… Then, 'Lello' recommends NICOLELLA to tell the clan members that he will return within three days and pay: “you understand brother… come on, okay come on, tell them that there are no problems, you know…” .

'Lello' reiterates that he wants to pay but adds that he is waiting for an income and, in cryptic language, assures that he intends to give in to the extortionate demand: "Did you tell him that we will give him the visit?" "The nurse is supposed to arrive tomorrow" (referring to the money coming in) "He will arrive tomorrow, if he sends it to me, because I am... eh... out and they promised me that they will send it to me tomorrow and two or three days to mature it... so... now..." NICOLELLA presses him: "For Saturday, then?" 'Lello' replies: "Nooo. . . we can't do it on Saturday, because Saturday doesn't sing, Monday doesn't count, Tuesday. . .".
