Arzano, the Municipality closes the MD supermarket on via Cristoforo Colombo. According to the technicians of the municipality of Arzano "It does not have the authorizations". The Prosecutor's Office wants to see clearly.
Not even the time to open and inaugurate the premises under the eyes of the city authorities and those responsible for control, that the municipality notified the start of the procedure with the relative immediate closure of the shopping center. Specifically, with the provision signed by the Manager, Gianfranco Marino and the Suap offices under the authority of the councilor for productive activities Maddalena Tramontano, the absence of change of intended use of the premises is contested, ascertained after the communication of "takeover" (and consequently of the relative authorizations) by the company.
Which according to the municipal technicians of the second floor of Piazza Cimmino would not have happened since the practice had already been rejected by the manager at the time, Aniello Scafuto. The structure on Via Colombo which housed the premises of an old factory was the subject, among other things, of some structural interventions.
The new division of the shopping centre – according to the municipality – following the subdivision works, as well as the reorganisation of the internal spaces which is also evident from the non-coincidence between the authorisation issued to the ceased activity and those declared in the technical project of the activity of the requesting company, entails in any case the creation of a new activity and therefore subject to a new authorisation, following a specific conference of services.
Furthermore, the entry practice that ended up under the scrutiny of the Technical Office and considered null, is still "lacking the title legitimizing the availability of the premises in which the company intends to carry out the activity". All considerations that led the Technical Office to issue an order with which the company is intimated a "prohibition of continuing any activity due to lack of legitimate titles".
A complicated bureaucratic affair, therefore, which is still keeping dozens of families in suspense whose workers had been "relocated" after the closure of the old headquarters, even with new hires.
