As of today, October 3, 2022, the completely renewed corporate website of the ASL Napoli 2 Nord is online.
The new institutional portal - as stated in a note - presents itself with a new graphic interface and an organization of contents studied ad hoc to facilitate a simple intuitive navigation, using a comprehensible and clear language and guaranteeing greater security with a more updated and modular system, designed with the aim of improving and making coherent the navigation and the experience of the citizen online, safeguarding the principles of: perception, comprehensibility, operability, coherence, health protection, security, transparency.
"The ASL Napoli 2 Nord has adapted to the guidelines provided by the Agency for Digital Italy - stated the General Manager Mario Iervolino - with a tool of fundamental importance to communicate more effectively and efficiently with citizens. The goal is to make the administrative apparatus increasingly compliant and in step with the times, in the context of the strong push towards the digitalization of the public administration required by law".
Up to now, the use of the company website has shown peaks of use, especially in requesting information on services and the methods of access to them; starting from this basis, we have aimed at a more detailed mapping of services, simplifying the access paths to them.
