In order to ensure adequate support for families with children with disabilities, in fact, Legislative Decree no. 73/2022 has increased, limited to the year 2022 (period from 1 March 2022 to 28 February 2023), the amounts due as a single and universal allowance for disabled children without age limits.
This amount, always limited to the 2022 financial year, is increased, for each child with a disability up to the age of 21, by an amount, determined on the basis of the disability condition as defined for ISEE purposes, equal to a maximum of 105 euros per month.
Also for the 2022 financial year, the amount of the transitional increase due to families with at least one dependent child with a disability and with an ISEE not exceeding 25.000 euros (provided that family allowances are actually received in 2021), is increased by 120 euros per month.
