Baia Domizia: Man fakes a busy tourist resort after seizure: reported. Guardia di Finanza investigation: measure up for Baia Domizia's Italy Village

He faked the rent of his seized tourist village, with the aim of obtaining its release, through the transfer to a front man with a citizen's income, thus maintaining ownership, but he was discovered by the Guardia di Finanza.

New charges and new seizure by the Public Prosecutor's Office of Santa Maria Capua Vetere for the entrepreneur who owns a company in Sessa Aurunca, in the Caserta area, which owns the Italy Village, a well-known tourist complex formerly known as the “Swedish Village” in Baia Domizia, a seaside resort in the Caserta area.

Italy Village was seized last January for the crime of self-laundering, and that measure resisted until the Supreme Court. In the meantime, the owner, in an attempt to have the seizure removed, proceeded to rent a branch of the village's business for a small price to a person who later turned out to be his front man.

The Guardia di Finanza (Sessa Aurunca Branch) then discovered that the transfer was fictitious, and that the entrepreneur continued to maintain effective ownership of the tourist complex, also providing for management costs. The seizure was thus confirmed.
