The D'Alessandro clan and its boss Nino Spagnuolo “capastorta” did not want to impose their bouncers in the nightlife venues of Sorrento.
This was established by a sentence of the Court of Torre Annunziata which acquitted Nino Spagnuolo of the crime of extortion against the owners of a disco and a bar in Sorrento to hire bouncer indicated by him. The co-defendant Massimo Terminiello was acquitted because the fact did not exist.
However, the two were sentenced to 8 years and 4 months in prison and 11 years and 1 month in prison respectively for the extortion of the former partner of the Plan B nightclub in CastellammareBoth Spagnuolo (defended by the lawyer Gennaro Somma) and Terminiello were acquitted of the fictitious ownership of the Stabia venue.
And regarding the Plan B disco, the Court in the same ruling “orders the release of the Plan B shares and orders their return to the rightful owner”. In the meantime the area of the premises had already been confiscated for Camorra and being under the control of the same court of Torre Annunziata the monthly rents were regularly paid with bank transfers. Now the return of the property will be requested since the acquittal has occurred.
