Another unauthorized road construction site and danger for road users discovered by the State Police in marcianise.
It happened in via Fratelli Onorato, where the police officers of the local police station have a team of four workers who were carrying out public excavation and milling works on behalf of Enel.
The construction site, improvised, without boundaries, road signs and signals for motorists, was located near a school complex where, the officers found, heavy vehicles were passing, posing a risk to public safety.
The police found that the workers were not wearing protective equipment; it later emerged from checks carried out at the Municipality of marcianise that the works were carried out without authorization from the Municipality and the workers and managers of the company, whose headquarters are Napoli, have been reported.
On September 30th, another illegal construction site was identified in Marcianise, on Viale Leonardo Da Vinci, on the corner of Via Kennedy, and seven workers and managers of the company that worked as a subcontractor for Enel were reported.
Last August 11, in the context of the same type of checks, carried out however in the nearby municipality of Capodrise, the police officers of the Marcianise Police Station came across and seized another “invisible” road construction site, also reporting seven people in that case, and above all they discovered that the company that was working as a subcontractor was under judicial administration after the seizure that occurred in an investigation by the Naples District Anti-Mafia Directorate into a round of contracts from the Italian Railway Network that ended up with companies close to the Casalesi clan.
