Casal di Principe. The Court of Cassation confirmed the confiscation of Armando Letizia, 69 years old from Casal di Principe, rejecting the appeal presented to regain possession of his assets of approximately 600 thousand euros.
Letizia, in an abbreviated trial, was convicted of fraud against a public body with confiscation of assets of 600 thousand euros also against the other defendant Sergio Orsi. Claudio Bidognetti was also involved in the same proceeding and was tried with a ritual.
And speaking of the Casalesi, yesterday a part of the assets of Gennaro De Angelis, elderly founder of a family of entrepreneurs rooted in the Lower Lazio region since the 70s but originally from Caserta, has now definitively passed to the agency for confiscated assets, and has been assigned to the municipality of Castrocielo where the De Angelis family lives.

These are four villas and two large commercial premises that will be made available to the community.
